Media industry, new media, and digital business are Professor Kim’s favorite areas to teach for undergraduates and graduate students. Working closely with his students, he loves discussing fast-changing and cutting-edge trends in media. He is currently the director of the Center for ICT and Society and the director of the Smart Media Service Research Center. He is also co-editor of Digital Business journal (SCOPUS) and an associate editor of Telecommunications Policy journal (SSCI). He received his BBA and MBA from Seoul National University in Korea and an MA in Telecommunication and PhD in Mass Media from Michigan State University.
