Lab&Mind Program:
Fostering Unity among Campus Members Co-living in Research Labs, Aimed at Mutual Understanding and Communication Within the Lab Environment. We encourage active participation from graduate students interested in mutual understanding and communication within research labs.


A. Overview: Customized unity enhancement program for graduate research labs utilizing MBTI and K-IIP (Interpersonal Relations) psychological tests.


B. Contents:


1) Identifying one's personality strengths and weaknesses through MBTI assessment.


2) Finding the best mind partner among personality strengths within the members.


3) Understanding the Ringelmann effect that can occur in interactions between personality weaknesses and setting mental guidelines.


4) Sharing empathy regarding personalities that may darken through K-IIP assessment.


C. Application Method: Submit application via email (kulifementoring@gmail.com)

(One application per research lab, 5-20 participants, may extend over two days for larger groups)


D. Other Information:


1) Location to be decided upon agreement.


2) Program subject to change based on progress.


3) Limited slots available if many labs apply; first-come, first-served basis.
