Important Information Regarding Thesis Evaluation for the 2nd Semester of the 2023 Academic Year
1. [Library Website] Thesis Up-Load:

*Login available only during the submission period, please adhere to the deadline.
(Library Website) Upload the full text of your thesis for degree application
※ From the 2nd semester of the 2022 academic year, only the full text file will be uploaded without submitting printed copies (final versions).
a. Upload via 'My Space → My Information → Thesis Submission' on the library website (http://library.korea.ac.kr)
b. Include an approval form without the seal or signature of the examining committee on the main thesis file, while uploading a scanned copy of the stamped approval form as a separate file.
c. The copyright agreement must be submitted online only. Check the agreement for copyright on the online submission screen (mandatory agreement).
d. In case of withholding (non-disclosure) of the thesis, submit a conditional consent form (request for non-disclosure) separately to the library.
2. Submission of Thesis Confirmation Documents [to the Media & Communication Administration office]:
★★ January 8th, 2024 (Mon) - January 19th, 2024 (Fri) 16:30★★
※ Failure to submit these documents will result in cancellation of the thesis evaluation. Ensure submission within the given deadline.
a. Thesis Submission Confirmation Form
- Print out after uploading the thesis on the library website (No signature from library personnel required)
b. Plagiarism Prevention Program Inspection Certificate
c. Cover Page of the Thesis
d. Copy of the Approval Form (Stamped)
- Bring both the original and the copy to the university administration office. Submit the copy after the original is verified.
- Keep the original approval form personally.
※ Overdue submissions and final printed copies beyond the deadline will not be accepted. Failure to submit within the specified period will result in disqualification for this academic semester's thesis evaluation. (No submissions will be accepted outside the specified submission period)
