Below is the guidance for conferring degrees to the graduates of the Department of Media Studies who are graduating in February 2024. Graduates are requested to collect their diplomas within the specified period.

Conferral Period: February 23, 2024 (Friday) ~ March 29, 2024 (Friday)
Conferral Hours: Weekdays 9:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM (Excluding lunchtime from 12 PM to 1 PM)
Conferral Location: Administrative Office of the Department of Media & Communication (Room 201, Media Building)
Required Documents: Personal identification (or student ID)
Graduates attending the Department of Media & Communications' own graduation ceremony on February 23rd will receive their diplomas at the ceremony and cannot collect them in advance.
Diplomas will not be reissued. Please make sure to collect it in person.
Due to the risk of loss, diplomas will not be sent by mail or courier.
If you cannot come in person:
Present the attached proxy to your representative for collection. We do not accept responsibility for any loss.
Submit a photocopy of the attached proxy along with both your and your representative's identification (the administrative office will not print copies on behalf of the representative).
