Dear Graduate Students,
We are pleased to announce the availability of support for academic paper publication and conference presentations for graduate students. Please find the application details below:
1. Eligibility:
Graduate students in the SMC general graduate school are eligible to apply. (Note: Not applicable if already receiving support from other grants or programs.)
2. Application Process:
Application Period: First Semester (March to August), Second Semester (September to February, first week)
How to Apply: Submit your application directly to the administrative office.
Required Documents:
- 1. Application form (Graduate students, please use the attached Form 2 on the second page of the attachment)
- 2. Registration fee receipt (Only receipts issued by the conference organizers are acceptable; bank transfer receipts will not be considered)
- 3. Conference presentation materials
- 3. Scope of Support:
Support for domestic conference presentations includes a one-time registration fee reimbursement (up to a maximum limit of 100,000 KRW) and is available for a maximum of two conferences per year.
