Graduation Requirements 



1. Graduation Requirements


• Total Credits Required: 130 credits or more
① Cultivation Courses
② Major Courses
③ General Selectives 
④ Thesis: Substituting with fulfilling credits required for graduation
⑤ Etc.: Fulfill internal rules

2. Korea University General Graduation Requirements

• Choose and complete either advanced major or 2nd major (not applicable for second bachelor's degree students) 
• Complete "Human Rights and Gender Equality Education" (once a year, at least four times before graduation) : Applied from students enrolled in 2017 ('17 freshers and '15 transferred students)
• Complete 5 foreign language (English or 2nd foreign language-mediated) courses (3 courses for second bachelor's degree students) 
• Acquisition of official English certification (foreign language)
- Standard for official English certification (Applies to students who entered university after 2000)

• Students who were admitted to school through the International Student Selection Process must obtain Level 4 or higher on their Korean TOPIK Exam (National Institute for International Education) (Applies to freshmen and transfer students who entered school since 2011) 

 

 

 

3. Curriculum for Second Bachelor's Degree Students 

Curriculum for Second Bachelor's Degree Students is for transfer students who already hold a bachelor's degree.

Transfer students who don't hold a bachelor's degree should follow the same requirements as undergraduates.
